Open Road Auto Group has agreed to pay $300,000 to settle allegations including deceptive advertising, undisclosed accident histories and unhonored vehicle warranties, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office said. It also announced settlements with Glen Toyota and Lynnes Auto Group.
